Where do you come to?
Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Brampton and Etobicoke have no travel fee. Outside these cities, a flat travel fee may apply and is included in the quote before you agree. Check your service area.
Do I need to know what is wrong?
No. Start with what you notice: a noise, a warning light, a leak or a change in how the car feels. Include your year, make and model so Fares can help you work out the next step.
Can every repair be done in a driveway?
No. The car needs a safe place to work, and some jobs need a shop. Alignments, tire mounting and balancing, internal engine work and transmission removal are outside the mobile repair scope. See the service commitments and limits.
Is the repair covered by a warranty?
Workmanship is covered for 90 days or 5,000 km, whichever comes first. Supplied parts carry their manufacturer warranty. The written warranty explains coverage, exclusions and how to make a claim. Read the warranty.
How do I pay?
Cash or Interac e-Transfer. Your repair is quoted as one flat price for the agreed work, so you know the total before work begins.
