The shop comes to you.
That part's not a slogan.

I'm Fares. I fix cars in driveways across Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Brampton and Etobicoke, brakes, suspension, batteries, cooling, the real work, and I run it the way I wish every shop ran: one flat quote before I touch a bolt, you can watch everything, and the old parts end up in your hand, not a dumpster you never see.

Why I do it this way

Most people don't distrust mechanics because of one bad repair. They distrust the process: a quote that grows after the car's already on the hoist, line items nobody explains, a waiting room that eats your afternoon, and parts that vanish so you can't tell what was actually replaced.

Every part of how I work is aimed at that. You tell me what the car's doing, I give you an honest read, including "that's not urgent" when it isn't, and a flat quote before any work starts. Then I come to your driveway or parking spot, do the job in front of you if you feel like watching, and hand you the old parts when I'm done. No tow. No shuttle. No surprise line items.

The part most sites leave out

I'm 20. I'm not going to invent a decade in the trade to make you comfortable, and I'm not going to put a stock photo of somebody else's hands on this page and let you assume it's me. What I have is four completed paid jobs and three real reviews. Three of the four are written up with the car, the month and the actual dollar figure, each one published with that customer's permission on record, and none with a name or a city, my customers stay private; the fourth, finished on August 30, 2026, stays off the site until that customer gives me the OK.

So instead of borrowed credibility, here's what you can actually hold me to, all of it published: a workmanship warranty with dates and exclusions on it, a step-by-step of exactly what happens when I pull into your driveway, a parts policy that names the brand and part number before you approve anything, and a list of jobs I refuse to do in a driveway. Publishing what I turn down is worth more than any badge I could stick on this page.

It's all on one page: the trust page, warranty, arrival protocol, parts policy, what I won't touch, and both real jobs with real numbers. No fine print anywhere else on this site, because there isn't any.

What I take on

And when something genuinely needs a lift, a press, or a full shop day? I tell you that straight and point you in the right direction instead of pretending a driveway is the place for it. An honest "no" is part of the service, which is why the jobs I turn down are published in a list: timing chains, clutches, head gaskets, internal engine work, transmission removal, alignments, safety certificates, and anything emissions-delete related.

The AI in the corner

The little "Ask the AI" bubble on every page of this site is my own diagnostic advisor, loaded with the same known-failure knowledge I work from, and free. Ask it what a noise means at 2 a.m. and it'll give you a real answer and tell you whether the car's safe to drive. To be clear about who's answering: at 2 a.m. that's the AI, not me. I'm asleep, and I read texts between jobs during the day. It's the same philosophy as the flat quote: you deserve the information before anyone asks for your wallet.

What customers actually say, both of them

Two reviews, left on Google by people who paid me. My Google Business Profile isn't live right now, so I can't send you there to check, a dead "verify on Google" button would be worse than saying that out loud. Here they are unedited instead.

"Fares came by and did the brakes on my 2021 Lexus RX350. I got quoted way more at a shop so I decided to try a mobile mechanic instead. He showed up on time, did the work in my driveway, and everything went smoothly.". Google review · the brake job on a 2021 Lexus RX350, done in the customer's driveway
"Wonderful and quick experience, charged me way less than the dealer and he did the work in my driveway in the cold. I really appreciate all the hard work.". Google review · a winter driveway job

The three jobs I have permission to publish are written up with the real numbers on the real work page, and gathered next to the warranty and the arrival protocol on the trust page.
