Before the visit
What can you fix in my driveway?
Brakes, batteries, starters, alternators, suspension, spark plugs, cooling systems, belts and common oil leaks. Tell me the car and the problem so I can confirm what is suitable for the space.
What if I don't know what's wrong?
That's fine. Tell me about the noise, warning light or change you've noticed. I'll help narrow it down and confirm the cause before recommending a repair.
How does the quote work?
Tell me about your car and what it needs. Where a published range applies, it is a starting point, not a final quote. You approve one flat quote before the repair. Sending an enquiry does not confirm an appointment.
Is the repair covered by a warranty?
Workmanship is covered for 90 days or 5,000 km, whichever comes first. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty. Read the written terms, including coverage for customer-supplied parts.
What do I need for the visit?
A safe, level place to work, enough room around the car, and permission to use the space. Mention any parking or access limits when you request the visit so we can confirm the setup beforehand.
