What if I don't know what's wrong?
Describe what you notice: the noise, warning light, leak or change in how the car feels. Include when it happens. You do not need to identify the failed part to ask for help. If an assessment is needed, we agree on that visit and its price first.
Is the initial range my final quote?
The initial range, where available, comes from the published rate card for that type of job. Your flat quote depends on your vehicle, the work and the parts it needs. We confirm that price before the repair. Any additional work needs your approval.
Where can you work on my car?
A suitable driveway or permitted workplace parking space in Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Brampton or Etobicoke. Share the location so we can confirm the space and the job are suitable for mobile work. For locations farther out, any travel fee is included in the agreed quote. See the service area.
Does sending this request book a visit?
