Fleet Service Proposal
Prepared for your operation
Mobile fleet maintenance, GTA West

Mississauga, ON
Your fleet
Service scope: Fleet PM visit (oil + 50-point report) — performed at your yard, scheduled around your routes (early mornings, evenings, weekends). No vehicles leave the lot, no routes lost.
The estimate — from the published rate card
This proposal fills in your fleet's numbers when opened from the estimator at carswithfares.ca/fleet. If the figures are blank, open it from there — or call or text 647-450-0406 and Fares will put the quote in writing.
Numbers come from the published per-van rate card — the same card on the website, the same numbers for everyone.
What every PM visit includes, per vehicle
- Full synthetic oil and filter (up to 6L)
- 50-point inspection with photos
- All fluids topped up
- Tire pressures set, tread depths logged
- Battery and charging health test
- Per-unit digital condition report
Anything found on inspection gets a photo, a flat price in writing, and your yes or no — approved work is done the same yard day at fleet rates, with no second-trip fee. Declined work is documented in the unit's report so nothing gets forgotten.
Published fleet rate card
Flat, per vehicle, at your yard. Volume rate applies automatically at 10 or more units in one visit. Three-vehicle minimum per visit ($387). Anything not listed is quoted flat, in writing, before a wrench comes out.
The monthly PM program option
- Scheduled PM on your interval — tracked and booked for you
- Per-unit digital service history, the documented PM program Ontario requires
- Priority and after-hours booking
- Member rates on repairs and seasonal changeovers
- One consolidated monthly invoice, every unit itemized
- No long lock-in — the work keeps the contract, not fine print
The exact program rate is locked in writing after the free yard assessment — it depends on mileage and vehicle mix.
Per-unit digital service records — the compliance paper trail
Ontario requires commercial operators to run a documented preventive-maintenance program with records — not just fix-it-when-it-breaks. Every unit serviced gets a photo condition report filed to its own digital service history: what was done, when, at what mileage, with photos. That paper trail is the compliance artifact — audit-ready, lease-return-ready, forwardable to whoever you answer to — and it builds itself as a by-product of the wrench work. Nobody on your team does paperwork.

Annual inspections — the straight answer
Annual commercial vehicle inspections in Ontario (most vehicles over 4,500 kg) can only be issued by a DriveON-licensed Vehicle Inspection Centre — no mobile mechanic can issue the certificate, and anyone who says otherwise is cutting corners.
Cars With Fares handles the preventive maintenance, the repairs, the get-ready work and the records, and coordinates around your inspection-centre schedule so trucks arrive ready to pass the first time.
Next step — a free yard assessment
Fares walks your yard and condition-reports up to 3 units free — real measurements, real photos, no commitment. You get a written per-unit plan with an exact program price, and you keep the reports either way.
Call or text 647-450-0406 — Fares answers his own line. Evenings and weekends work; that is the point.
